Some company records may be available through official California online sources. Availability alone does not establish that a printed record is eligible for apostille. Other requests may require an original or proper certified copy.

Documents involving a notary
If the document is already notarized, include the notary's state. If it still needs signing or notarization, include the written instructions and signer location so that work can be reviewed separately.
A package may need more than one route: an issuing-state record and a separate Florida notarial act are different services.
